Two of us stayed here for a gals' weekend in mid-March. Our stay happened to coincide with a snow storm (not unusual for the season in the area), and this was the perfect place to hang out and relax. The space was clean and comfortable, and the fireplace made it super cozy. (The fireplace is on a thermostat, so it's totally effortless!) The sturdy, folding table on wheels made the space nicely flexible. We could unfold it for meals and jigsaw puzzles or easily move it out of the way to roll out our yoga mats.The host was in touch as needed, made sure the snow got plowed, and let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late so we didn't have to travel on hazardous roads.There are enough beds for six, as indicated in the listing, but it would be pretty crowded having that many people indoors for any length of time. If you're mostly going to be on the lake and just need a place to sleep, it would be fine. But I wouldn't plan to hang out inside with more than two or three people.
